i've been a trust-nature anti-vaxxer since the mid 1990s, learned it from liberals (all were RFK jr dems then), and i've known to not trust the state having read about fauci's brutal mishandling of the AIDS epidemic and advancing the fraudulent HIV-causes-AIDs theory, i've known some of the history of various DOD poisoning experiments on unwitting personnel and civilians, and personally got double-vaxxed in bootcamp, as is every recruit, as the military can't validate anybody's prior records.

so begin of pandemic, i curated what i viewed as the best natural non-Rx immune system covid-grade first line protocols and made minor mods to my daily supplements to incl 5000 IUs vit D3 (common doses 800-2000), 50 mg zinc, 1350 mg curcumin (for inflammation) and 1200 PU bromelain (for digestion). vit D, now common knowledge as an immune booster and covid-fighter, but the latter two appear to dissolve the spike protein as outlined in this post.
