* the new buzzword that dehumanizes 'people' - humans distinguishes us from non-humans incl clones, machines, aliens and other inventions)
- the 'aircraft emissions' and 'contrails/chemtrails' relate to the geo-engineering/chemtrail movement
- the 'red tide' toxic stinky algae blooms washing up dead fish and mammals ashore on many coasts
This includes complaints about odors, dust or chemical air pollutants emitted by industrial plants, refineries, neighborhood businesses, gas station nozzles, idling trucks, locomotives and buses. It also includes complaints about smoke from agricultural fires, controlled burns, non-cooking backyard fires and outdoor trash burning. [so far sounds great, the state is working for you! "we're with the gov and we're here to help".]
What type of complaint is it?
- Asbestos
- Dust/Particulates
- Excessive Idling
- Fire / Smoke (NOT residential Wood Smoke)
- Gas Station
- Odor / Smoking Vehicle (or report using 1-800-EXHAUST)
For these complaints you will be directed to another site:
- Idling or Smoking Locomotive
- Wood Smoke [watch out if you burn a log in a fireplace when prohibited, you will get busted, could see jailtime if you cant pay the hefty fine! they aint messing around on some of these.]
Listed below are types of complaints that may be outside of BAAQMD's Jurisdiction:
- Aircraft Emissions [sounds like it may be related to chemtrail concerns; if they study/regulate it they'll find out what exactly is in it]
- Burning Incense [that one is odd]
- Cigarette Smoke [instead of ask a smoker to move or not smoke, let code enforcers handle it. that'll make life easier.]
- Contrails/Chem Trails [at least they're taking 'complaints' about it, but what if anything will they do with decades of data?]
- Dumping into a Drain
- Insect Infestation
- Lead [the only material that can insulate our homes from EMF/RF/microwave wireless grid radiation was removed from all paint and code enforcers are going to get every last wall of protective paint eliminated and cite and fine you if you have this contraband defense.]
- Leaf Blowers
- Manure Spreading for Agricultural Purposes
- Mold
- Mosquitoes
- Noise
- Odor or Dust associated with Crop Growing or Live Stock Raising [cant have that, let code enforcers put the squeeze on the last small farmers]
- Red Tide [this is a good one, one i aim to write about, the toxic stinky sealife-killing algae blooms attacking coasts everywhere]
- Residential Barbeque [lonely vegan anti-social socialist? dont like the noise or smell of BBQ? let code enforcers shut it down.]
- Restaurant Garbage Containers
- Stagnant Water

To whom it may concern,
my 8 suggestions for air quality management district and how to better alert the public of unhealthy air:
1. rename your 'moderate' category to 'not good''. It is currently deceptive as the public equate moderate to 'ok'. many 'moderate' days with 'air advisories' feature thick visible smog with more pollutants than 'spare air' days. and if 80% of days are 'moderate' it amounts to a meaningless label.
2. give us a 100% scale. breezometer translates your 500-point data onto a more useful, reliable and easy to grasp 100-point scale making AQI data actionable for average joe, moms dads teens and kids.
3. adjust the trigger criteria. clearly your 24hr analysis and zoning of the district favors 'not issuing alerts' when nights can bring enough fresher air to bend the curve. what matter to people/humans are daytime pollution averages, separate from nighttime averages:
give us separate alerts for daytime 8a to 8p (high activity hours) and nighttime 8p to 8a as human activities are vastly different day vs night, kids are outside 8a to 8p breathing poison
give us txt/email alerts when "air quality advisories" are issued, these are a high value item
give us summer/winter season 'advisories and alerts' tallies and compare to past years charts
4. let the 5 zones in the bay area district issue 'bad air' alerts independently on same wider system.
5. give the public an info@ customer service email for general inquiries/suggestions like these.
6. be transparent. show in detail how data is aggregated into district-wide alerts - show us the math and criteria involved so we can grasp why an alert isn't triggered when smoke/smog is visibly thick, we can smell/taste it, its obviously hard to breathe and other apps confirm how polluted it actually is.
7. focus public-facing content on the problem 'poison air' poses to public health. for every sentence of blame-the-victim that guilt-trip humans into carpools or to deep breathe more poison riding bikes, pushing only your solution, invest 'equal space' on neurotoxic poisons and what it can do to the bottom 15% of the population active outside if they dont wear n99 pollution masks and deploy hepa filters.
8. stop the sugarcoat spin. rename the alerts to 'bad air' alerts. rename the 'spare the air' campaign to 'poison aware'. all state propaganda has to take a backseat to the public health threat at hand.
play this wwii air raid siren theme sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cURcd2_w-rgtoday we dropped to 44% yet no new 'bad air' alerts issued all day. 10% lower than most days. i'll get into all that later, but that fact had me look into it at airnow.org and sparetheair.org (the state's air quality sites) but their trigger system is so flawed that we literally just now got a bad air alert for today at 730p - after the entire day occurred aka too late to help the public, its unbelievable really.and only once did we duck under 45% since i started tracking BAQI (and i would not have missed the worst of all days (notice how almost half of the worst days did not trigger an alert incl today:12/7/2017 47%12/15/2017 45% alert issued12/16/2017 46% alert issued12/31/2017 48% alert issued3/30/18 49% alert issued12/30/2017 45% alert issued1/3/2018 44%7/31/2018 46%8/23/2018 44%so i had to take a peek at the state sites to figure out why i'm not getting any notices... formulating how i'm going to phrase a formal complaint to persuade or later force them to make key adjustments to their triggering criteria... for now, what i saw is likely to repeat...'poison gas' in oregon/washington and bc/ab canada and bay area:i gotta drive this point home first for reference: "good = ok""moderate = bad" and the rest = "various degrees of death"i gotta drive this point home first for reference: "good = ok""moderate = bad" and the rest = "various degrees of death"* everytime they issue an air alert, we should interpret it as a 'poison gas attack' and have gas masks on the ready or plan to suspend outdoor activities/sports without poison/pollution masks.play this wwii air raid siren theme sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cURcd2_w-rgso again, today's air is worse than all other days, yet no new 'bad air' alerts.then look at this blatant set of crossed wires... i highlighted the clues in red:http://www.sparetheair.org/contact-usFive Day FORECASTAir Quality Advisory
Air Quality Advisory Extended: Smoke from the Mendocino Complex Fire and other wildfires is likely to impact the Bay Area through Thursday.
Spare the Air Status
Thursday, 8/23so they keep on quietly 'extending previous advisories' without needing to issue any new 'alerts' which explains why only one forecaster says 'more bad air', but all others make no mention of 'smoke' or 'haze' calling it 'overcast' and giving public bad information atop of bad air.while i found the most likely mathematical reasons they aren't alerting us as much as they should, it does seem like typical 'cook the book' fudge the statistics to me to satisfy agenda21 short-term goals, at the expense of public health short and longterm. its kind of hard to ignore/forgive as an honest error they can't fix to our benefit.a deeper look at why i can predict bad air more reliably aka better with my average joe methods using a spreadsheet and apps, one can pin it on gerrymandering to divide up districts and how they are average each before aggregating them, when each of 5 zones should have more independence to issue their own bad air alerts independently, meanwhile central control should aggregate in ways that favor public health vs the political agenda21 goals the swamp is pursuing out of public view.Spare the Air - Today's Air QualityThe daily air quality forecast divides the Bay Area counties into five reporting zones, and reports the AQI level for the particular pollutant anticipated to reach the most unhealthy concentration in each reporting zone.BAAQMD 5 reporting zone
