Kate ND: appointment

had my telehealth appointment with Kate ND, second or 3rd this year after sending her my summary updates from MDs.

I still owe her my last labwork as she still more concerned about the anemic hemoglobin values than my GP seems to be as it relates to not getting enough oxygen into the cells.

by the end of the call she was strongly advocating that I opened my mind to the B12 injections finally and not and move on them and try it 2x/wk for 3 weeks either asap or after trying the new drug for 3 weeks but not at the same time or you won't know which one is working.

so I'm thinking I may want to give the non-rx avenue a try first while waiting for the drugs to clear.  Kate has been advocating B12 injections since we started in 2017 and I've hesitated due to the invasiveness of it, opting for daily supplements but due to pain in x hurdles, I've not taken them daily either hence that could not work or compete with two B12 injections a week.

my GP offered me B12 injections too, so I could at least get my clinic to administer them for 3 weeks and see how I feel.  if it feels better then I could eventually administer them to myself.

I just need to make a call to confirm that this deserved subcutaneous shots into the fatty tissue and that it's not cyanocobalamin.

she also recommends we add a chewable multivitamin and a pill/powder to the mix and explains in the video why.

I'm glad we have a video this time as half of it goes over your head and you don't want to use up the time re-explaining it if I can watch it later and do your own research.

the rest of email is heard consultation notes and recommendation...
