tremble/shake/vibrate, jitter/jerk/jolt, twitch/spasm, numb/tingly | gasping/breathless | muscle fatigue/weakness | noise/light sensitivities | cramps | skin crawl

motor control, jointpain
  • half-incapacitated L foot, half-normal flex/contraction range, stiffness, pain preventing lunges/plank/yoga/sport/exercise and most jobs
  • random jerk signal glitch interrupt mid-stride on L leg, a 'trip-up' sensation, like a short circuit.
upper backpain
when upright, both sitting or standing, across the whole upper half of back. cbd seems to help most times.

numbness, discomfort
both feet heavy/dead-weight/numbness/discomfort after 15min of standing still at a camera; luckily no job is like this (mid 2015). L foot goes numb within 10min relaxing in car (2018)

tremble/shake/vibrate+jitter/jerk/jolt, weak/atrophy, motor control
  1. random limb or whole body/torso will tremble/shake/vibrate like a tuning fork for 5 sec to 15min:  for no apparent reason reclining/relaxing
  2. random jerk in L stride or trip on own foot, motor coordination interrupted
  3. both legs (more L) tremble/shake/vibrate jitter/jerk/jolt and go jelly/weak sometimes just from standing to pee.  can't hold squat long before both legs have rapid quad burnout and turn to jello after 15min easy squats/bike/yoga workouts, nearly give out unable to hold up on flat ground.  after 5-15min easy stride low effort on spin bike or 'resistance' eliptical or leg press/extensions if even minimal quad/glute 'push' involved (typically comes with 175+ pulse racing, breathless/faint on machine dismount).
  4. L glute atrophied in 06, L quad tremble/shake/vibrate/jitter holding squat/yoga type poses and on extension machines with minimal weight, L glute weaker, can push max 66% weight of R (2018).  lack of leg strength to do simple FIFA dynamic soccer warmup ex. box jump fwd, back, left, right, was frightened by how little power, 20% what i expected. (2015).
  5. L leg tremble/shake/vibrate+jitter/jerk/jolt and tingly/numbness, L arm/wrist/hand first noticed it as it interferes at work re causes jerky/jolt camera movement (2017), happens while driving and while seated relaxed watching videos  (2x/hr 1/2019)

weakness
retail store doors getting ever heavier to open, some too heavy (2018).  doing 3 sets 12 reps these are my maxes:  biceps 30lb (max), triceps 40lb, shoulder press 20lb, lateral raise 20lb, chest press 20lb, leg ext 35lb, seated leg curl 55lb, seated leg press 55lb, glutes <30lb  (dec2018)

muscle recovery everytime i do easy squats for 15min until i get quad burnout with gasping, but also get many days of extreme 'barely walk or standup, get in/out of car' muscle pain (not 3 day athletic soreness), ever slower recovery (4 days 2015, 5 days 2017, 6 days 2019)

breathless, chest-issue
  • breathless, winded, no gas in tank, wiped out, pulse racing, sweat - must stop everything: get air (after 5min exercise or mild activity)
  • breathless in forward bends: yoga or tying shoes, suffocate, hard to breathe.
  • chest pressure, tightness, icy-hot burn (with 5min exercise or even with mild activity)
  • during sex:  racing pulse, breathless way sooner than orgasm (no matter tantric breathing or slowing down or easiest positions), faint on dismount (since 2007 calgary, same in kristin's spin class after 20min)
cramps/charliehorse
  1. hamstring charliehorse, both, if kneeling
  2. both calves cramp, L calf will charliehorse
  3. toes, arches, both feet, but L toes charliehorse and i can't make them uncramp with brain power, must use objects to get out of it, whereas other toes and muscles/joints can still get out of a typical cramp on their own power when my brain commands the toes to flex out of it.
  4. L hip charliehorse cramps: seizes if sitting with legs spread, after 20lb abducter/aductor machines, after soccer
tactile hallucination, tingly/numb
skin crawl, feels like bugs crawling, tingly/needles, static electricity, sometimes like a phone vibrating in pocket or on ankle but there is never a phone nearby aka tactile hallucination.

tingly/numb L ankle and 3 toes were partially-numb and tingly (since fetal position sciatic attack in may 2006)

motor control , involuntary swallow
involuntary swallow (when valve not closed) causes choking/coughing (randomly), middle of night or wide awake, if reclining or seated/standing upright, and even while eating, swallow prematurely at bad moment (on bad days it can happen 4-5x and lead to round of coughing/choking)

dermatitis
skin peel, skin just rubs right off ex. ribs, belly, groin (2017); shoulders (2019)

sensitivity, tinny sounds/noise
a dozen tinny sounds are noise to the nerves, grate on the brain incl high pitched voices, whistling, lisps, speakerphones, slurping the end of milkshakes, females laughing, high-pitched male voices, pestering/obnoxious toddlers, sopranos, violins, chairs dragged across floors in cafes, kitchen klanking glass/ceramic/metallic, shrills, squeaks, rattles, sneakers changing direction, clicks of cheap mice and keyboards, mouth smacking aka cleaning teeth with sucking noise, aggressive nose-breathing/blowing.  somehow i can hear all of these noises, they carry for 20 yards through walls, upstairs, etc. soon you will see me walking around 24/7 with headphones acting as ear muffs noise-cancellation to protect my frazzled nerves. (first shared it with friends in 2002, one girl had a name for it.)

sensitivity, bright lights
bright lights/glare/screens grate on the nerves: cant drive at night without sunglasses (and they dont do much aka its so bad i hate driving at night, swear every car has brights on), flickering fluroscents have always bothered me (since 1980s), always been a fan of indirect lighting and dimmers (since 1980s), always try to lower the wattage of bright bulbs (since 1990s), can't have any lights at all reflecting in my laptop screen, must pull shades (since 2010s)

sensitivity, odors
ink on napkins, magazines, newspapers, petrol in plastic bags, specific lotions stink offensively like dog urine to me, 5-6 so bad i must leave the area if such a person sits next to me or lingers nearby.  (since 2000s)

sensitivity, climate cold/hot intolerance:  first in room to feel uncomfortable: too cold, too hot (2006)

headaches
  • headache: mild all day, can last 2 to 3 days  (1+/mo 2012)
  • headache: intense 5 seconds long  (3x/yr 2012)
balance, dizzy
occasional loss of balance to one side,
occasional dizzy spells, checked into ER due to extended dizzy spell (2012, 2/2016)
