do you hear what i hear? i was doing a voice over when i noticed the mic was picking up a low rumble hum.
initially i thought my tascam dr05 mics were picking up the sputter/hum/tones i've heard since 2003 so i made a quick midnight recording to sample/compare visually and aurally the 'ambient noise' with and without the 80Hz low cut filter.
but upon playback i heard <50hz quakelike rumble that thankfully doesnt bother me, but the 50-150hz sputter/hum/tones that i hear 24/7 were not recorded, and the mics go down to 20hz and successfully recorded the <50hz rumble.

so i had to start conceding that the sputter/hum/tones i'm hearing are indeed "mechanical not sonic and can not be recorded", just as john dawes described. he also explained that these are 'gravity waves' resulting from the interaction of two fields, that of the electric grid with that of the lightning-charged ionosphere.
so, able to hear both, we're talking about two distinctly different hums, one is sonic recordable around 50hz, the other is mechanical not recordable 50-150hz. i briefly introduced john dawes in the first post (see below), but with this discovery of two distinct sputter/rumble/hum/tones, i had to do a separate followup exclusively on the characteristics on non-recordable type and how i arrived at two distinct types.
the under 50hz hum exists worldwide since 2009, and everyone can hear those recordings (see below). the city and university of calgary officially recorded it and like a dozen cities are studying their hum, created an app for residents to use to record/monitor it in efforts to understand it, pinpoint it and find ways to mask it. my personal 'hum' blurb incl my experience and variety nerve health hurdles i left near the end before the 'sonic weapons' segment.

two women separately asked me about the embassy 'sonic attacks' 2015-17 in cuba and being one who can actually 'hear the hum' day and night when all white-noise of activity are quiet, and one who has various neuropathic symptoms, i'm more than intrigued by all that can manipulate electromagnetic frequencies. this was a chance to merge/explore 'sonic weapons' and 'the hum' topics under one umbrella. that said, after two years of research into the power of super-lightning, i now think natural electric phenomena are more likely at play. one plausible hum theory: the grid's ever-higher voltage field interacts with the ionospheric field creating gravity waves (see below).
so i'll touch on the sonic attack up front and close with sonic weapons local police/military have, but aim to focus on 'the hum'. whatever you skip, try not to bail or delete before listening to a few samples of 'the hum' and watching a few 5min links to related exposes below.
sonic attack
sonic/microwave/laser weapons exist in the military and police arsenal in NATO/china/russia/israel et al as shown in previous posts. its impressive to see these weapons in action. so i looked into the 'sonic attacks' the intel state fake news was pretending to cover without digging into much of it before going back to wall to wall coverage of deep state kabuki theatre nonsense.
all sonic/microwave/laser/radar weapons fall under the direct energy weapon DEW classification. in the broader category 'geoengineering' the same weapons can manipulate/alter the climate and microclimates, theoretically suck up the moisture in the air from one region or country (aka cause drought) and carry it to another (aka cause floods) or even ignite hundreds of super hot separate fires simultaneously. but nature itself ex. lightning has the power to do this too.
so far in cuba, there are 21 victims with TBI-type symptoms, ears ringing, hearing loss. msm reported how sonic weapons emit 'obvious sounds' while others use harmful, silent waves. newer reports say diplomats woke up in the night, hearing loud grinding rumbling thuds, voices in their heads, and if they moved a few feet from their bed the noise stops, yet the noise continued in the bed if they went back.
as in many cities worldwide, i have heard rumble/hum sounds of 'distant motors' which can sound at times like 'helicopters' or 'lawnmowers/compressors'. i've heard it in california since a 2003 sciatic attack to date and alberta 2010-2014 (and i share the symptoms reported in msm re 'sonic attack' and that dozens of others covered in other related exposes. so this sonic attack has intimate intrigue to people who share my symptoms.
the hum / rumble
the city gov of calgary took it seriously and investigated and university experts were able to record it and created a phone app to submit recordings into a central database for analysis.
if you can hear it, you know it mucks with your ability to 'get to sleep'. the fact microphones can record it confirms it is real and 2-4% appear to be tuned differently to feel/hear it and have our health disrupted in many ways, while 96+% are lucky to have healthier nerves/processors to be able to mask out the noise thus arent bothered by it thus cant relate to it or care much about it.
for the longest time, doubters/doctors who can't hear it suggested 'tinnitus' aka internal 'all in your head' hence why i've not openly told anyone beyond bedmates. still, doubters/doctors continue to say this even years after many recordings prove otherwise. what if tinnitus is just the first of assorted signals clues related to nerve health impairment and what if the impairment is created by these sonic phenomena? i started hearing both high pitch ringing and the hum/rumble in tandem after a sciatic attack in 2003.

nice production, but you guys are a decade behind the ball. you show us recordings from 2009, then allege that it isn't real. what? we can all see it on any spectrum analyzer so it is obviously real and outside the human body. my headphones can reproduce 10Hz and 5Hz which are inside the threshold of human hearing and any speakers/headphones that can't reproduce those are not worthy.

a few more of you are now starting to hear hums/motors and now that i finally recorded it eliminating inner-ear tinnitus 'all in your head' factors that a world full of indoctrinated zombies and doctors might say, it's safe to share this openly.
i thought it was a hovering helicopter the first few times, and sometimes a helicopter also comes around and mixes with it. they are similar but different.
having heard 'the hum' in canada and in the usa, the two are vastly different.
in calgary and apparently edmonton, the hum is like distant diesel engines, like a paver working a mile away. others describe it like a boring machine, the type elon musk and his boring company use to tunnel for space age ventures. the one i hear day/night in the SF bay area, california, sounds like an idling air compressor used in roofing and i hear it 24/7/365 everywhere i go even with ear plugs.
in the bay area, some hours are 2x louder than other times. some weeks it is tougher to ignore than others. its a challenge to ignore it and 'get to sleep' at times since 2010 for me. it can drive you nuts, some have suicided to make the noise stop and if you can hear it or have neuropathic issues, you get it.
it is tempting to record it and try to get media attention on it, maybe also capture some snapshots of day chemtrails and night drones in the area (which don't appear to cause this noise, but are occurring in tandem so should be referenced). if i had the energy or thought something would come of it, i might. as it gets more annoying, drives enough of us nuts, i trust others to do the good work while i try to stay sane and get the hell out of dodge. sound like you? welcome to your world.
at first i too thought it was a helicopter but since the bay area compressor rumble is constant, i've many times heard/seen choppers fly over it which allows me to hear them both at the same time. a chopper chops the air so you feel it in your ear bones and its very dynamic, but it rides and shifts in the wind, every few chops cut through, the others muffled. and choppers move so you hear them coming or going, or circling andd they dont hover for long without spotlights.
what i heard in calgary was a low hum, in california it also has a compressor-like pulse and harmonics. i recorded a mahindra compressor to compare it to the hum/rumble and it is a spot on match to the audio pattern.
back in calgary the 'distant motor/hum noises' i heard in the quiet of night is a phenomena heard worldwide, i heard it everywhere in calgary 2010-2014 and it actually made the news, was validated by the city as real and measurable, apps are used to record/track it. i hear it in california since a sciatic attack 2003.
now called 'the hum', for decades it went by many names (kokomo, aukland, bristol, taos) which kept the discussion separated, yet its been a global phenomena since the 1970s. in calgary it was a 40 hertz hum/vibration, sounded like distant machinery, street pavers/excavators a mile away at 3am, but you know no department is doing any such work nearby nightly.
its a mostly a steady hum in calgary that disrupts sleep, keeps you awake, puts you on edge, drives you nuts. i've heard two types of hums and a third one more found on google sounds a bit like shipyard/railroad containers rubbing on each other, one city attributing it to work on the railway 'changing sleepers, testing the rails and regulating the ballasts'. but these are easily the creepiest, so i personally thankfully havent heard those.
i've read many theories as people try to explain its origin, some believe it is a phenomena related to the cell towers and power lines triangulating, wind turbines, smart meters, tectonic plates, RF from police radio, military comm with submarines, freight ships at sea, ocean waves on seafloor, every theory has been proposed. i'd include cosmic rays and stealth lightning and think it could be natural earth vibrations, but the map seems to highlight industrial zones, so industry aka oil gas power and chemical plants seems suspect, but why since 1970s not prior? which brings focus back around to newer RF technologies.
to me, at times, it can sound like 'middle earth mining' aka ongoing deep tunneling as if they're secretly erecting subterranean bunker cities and tunneling underground highways/railroads that connect them.
my last research on topic was 2012/13, and i should pull up those writings, but the last media on it was from 2016 and 'world hum' (which was my last comment on the topic hoping to see people study all similar phenomena under one umbrella so i'm glad to see that happened and that it has its own wikipedia).
Have you heard the Hum? BC man investigates strange sound heard around the world
By Jon Azpiri April 17, 2016
People around the world say they are hearing a mysterious drone that has been dubbed The World Hum.
Low Frequency Hum Sufferers/Facebook
Glen MacPherson first heard the Hum in 2012.
He was in Sechelt when he detected a low-level drone that he thought was coming from nearby float planes.
Over time, he started to realize the Hum had nothing to do with planes and tried to figure out what exactly was going on. So, he did what most people do when they have an unanswered question: he Googled it.
He found out he wasn't alone. MacPherson discovered an online community of people who say they have been hearing a mysterious drone that has been dubbed The World Hum.
WATCH: Torontonians report hearing the Hum [must click to article to watch the vid because its proprietary embedded]
"Much to my surprise, it turns out I was one of the people who can sense what seems to be a very unusual low-frequency sound," he said.
Four years later, when curious people like MacPherson Google information about the Hum, they come across his website, The World Hum Map and Database.
MacPherson, a schoolteacher in Gibsons who has also worked as an instructor at the University of British Columbia, says he wanted to apply a measure of scientific rigour to this unexplained phenomenon, so he created the database to track reports from people around the world who say they too hear the Hum.
The Taos Hum: https://youtu.be/3WXUOLHp54w
MacPherson has heard from thousands of people from locations as far as Iceland, New Zealand, Kazakhstan and the Philippines. The data, he admits, is skewed since the site only reaches English speakers. He plans to translate the site into Chinese, which means he could get a flood of new data from the world's most populous country.
He says if you look at the data he has accumulated, a few things stand out.
"I caution anybody who looks at the Hum Map to not be distracted by the high concentration of points on the Eastern Seaboard of the US and, in particular, over in England. Over in England, it would appear that they're being absolutely clobbered," MacPherson said.
He also notes that Vancouver Island has a "significantly higher concentration of Hum reports."
So what is the Hum?
MacPherson says the Hum may be a relatively recent phenomenon, with a significant number of reports first emerging in the late 60 and early 70s.
There are three major theories as to what is causing the Hum.
The main suspect is very low-frequency (VLF) radio emissions that are used by the military to communicate with submarines. [i'd include sonic/microwave weapons like those used in cuba 2017, which, like lasers, are all tesla DEW class weapons in the US arsenal, drone-mounted since at least 2000.]
"When I say VLF, I'm not referring to sound," MacPherson said. "That leads to another striking and startling conclusion, the fact that the Hum may not be a sound in the traditional sense. It may be the body's reaction to a particular band of radio frequencies. That's not an outrageous idea. The concept that the body can interpret certain electromagnetic frequencies as sound is reasonably well-established in research literature." [but the hum is easily recorded and if ear bones might rattle so might anything else incl air/water.]
Another theory is that the World Hum is "nothing more than the grand accumulation of human activity" that could include noise from highways, marine traffic, mining, windmill farms, hydroelectric dams and other forms of industry. [sounds good but only if you include fracking, boring tunnels, underground weapons testing, 32 tesla/haarp-type geo-engineering sites, magnetic pole shift, whereas 'highway' noise seems implausible. i like how a lot of shills will tease us with limited truth, yet limit the scope of these truths in these ways, allowing them to bend toward all kinds of limited conclusions.]
In 2014, a federally funded study confirmed a humming noise in Windsor, Ont., known as the Windsor Hum, emanated from an island across the Detroit River.
An acoustic monitoring study showed the rumbling was real and reached Windsor from heavily industrial Zug Island in River Rouge, Mich.
However, the investigation – done by scientists at the University of Windsor and Western University – failed to pinpoint just what was causing the phenomenon. [aka is not conclusive, smells like an effort of 'case closed' nothing to see here limited truth whitewash/coverup.]
A third theory is that the noise stems from geological processes at work.
Then there's the idea that people who hear the Hum are just suffering from tinnitus, a medical condition that results in a ringing of the ears.[tinnitus is internal, can not be recorded or heard by anyone else. i do think those with tinnitus might have more acute hearing sensitivities aka lose the ability to mask the hum/rumble/ringing. and what if tinnitus is just the first of multiple tones/noise/hums created by the same sonic frequency phenomena. i started hearing both high pitch ringing and the hum/rumble after a sciatic attack in 2003.]
David Deming, a University of Oklahoma professor who was one of the first researchers to examine the Hum, noted that "Hum symptoms are distinctly different from classic tinnitus. Tinnitus is typically a high-frequency ringing sound — not a low-frequency rumble."
"What I always like to point out about tinnitus is that it's self-reported," MacPherson said. "There is no external metric for it. If we believe that tinnitus is real, then the question is what differentiates it from reports of the World Hum?"
...
A recent article in the New Republic outlined MacPherson's experiment with a so-called Deming Box. Named after the professor who first delved into this phenomenon, the steel box is designed to "create within it a VLF radio free space."
If a person who can hear the Hum gets into the box and no longer detects the noise, that could suggest VLF radio waves are the culprit.
Shortly after the article was published, MacPherson got inside the box to see what would happen. He said he got "mixed results" and plans to move the box to an undisclosed location on the Sunshine Coast and try again.
"If I get a positive result, I've got a handful of volunteers on the Sunshine Coast who can hear the Hum and who are ready to go in as well," he said.
He also plans to continue maintaining the database, which he says has helped him connect with people who are also looking for answers.
"There are large numbers of perfectly sensible, everyday individuals and this is what we all have in common. We can hear this noise."
[and there is no 'deming box' update yet to this 2016 story. last i looked in 2017 the database was offline aka closed/dead not active.]

World Hum - New "Schumann Resonance theory" with audio analysis 6min
Keith Dobson Sep 27, 2015
I would like to put forward the theory, that some of the energy in the Schumann resonances, is converted into audio sound, through it's interaction with material within the earth. The low frequency sounds which result, are audible by humans at many many locations upon the earth's surface. Sound is created by the part, or the parts, of the earth, which are resonating physically with the Schumann resonances. It should also be considered that energy within the earth may serve to amplify the audio sound produced..
...
The Schumann cavity, whose boundaries are the Earth's surface and the ionosphere is naturally excited by energy from lightning discharges and its resonance shows up as separate peaks in the field of ELF around 8, 14, 20, 26 and 32 Hertz.

@Keith Dobson i like the lightning strikes concept given lightning in its many forms from blue jets and super jets to ball lightning is vastly misunderstood. we now know it has immense power far greater than we imagined, shooting bolts 80+ km into edge of space and has a relationship with cosmic rays and protects earth from them. and if you look at project thunderbolts you'll discover the glaciers/canyons could have been etched by plasma discharge scifi forces able to carve grand canyons in days/weeks vs millennia. and they demonstrate it. what's your take on john dawes 'gravity waves' due to ionospheric field interacting with manmade electric field (see below)...

vonshango
i like your theory and history, but give us a a bit more data, please cite references starting with 'the hum was first heard in uk 1949 when the grid voltage was increased to 275,000 volts'. question for you/gridsick: if it is an illusion of noise in the brain and has 'nothing to do with sound waves' then how can it be measured/recorded by audio equipment?
The Hum and its implications
john dawes
The Hum is perceived as a low frequency sound heard by millions of people in many countries around the world.
The Hum is caused by an interaction that takes place between the power grid and the ionosphere. The Hum has nothing to do with sound waves the illusion of noise is generated inside the brain.
In addition to producing a continuous irritating noise the energy of the Hum can induce a range of adverse health effects, which, incidentally, are identical to those experienced by people diagnosed as suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
To repeat, the Hum is not a sound wave neither is it a radio wave, however, it can be detected, measured and recorded. [v: if it is an illusion of noise in the brain and has 'nothing to do with sound waves' then how can it be measured/recorded by audio equipment?]
The number of people affected by the Hum has increased in recent years and this increase will continue as the size of the power grid expands around the planet.
It no coincidence that the increase in the number of cancer cases, especially of the very young, has increased at the same rate.
Detection and measurement of the Hum energy is not difficult, in fact the basic principles are so simple a child could understand it.
https://sites.google.com/site/gridsick/energy-source-of-the-hum

On one end of the reed is affixed a small mass of about one gram, the opposite end is clamped firmly with knife edges to a substantial mass, the arrangement being that the free length of the reed can be varied.
...
Conclusions
The energy which causes the Hum is wave in character
It is neither Electric or Magnetic but has the same frequency as the mains
electrical supply.
It passes through all common substances without loss
It does not act on stationary matter however delicately suspended.
It acts only on matter which is itself in a state of vibration.

The Hum - a brief history
The following text has been compiled from media reports, emails, letters and personal contact with many Hum sufferers. The facts obtained are consistent with the description and explanation of the Hum expressed on this web site.
The first report of mass complaints came in the mid 1960's it covered all parts of the UK but a large number was concentrated in the Bristol area where it attained world wide reputation as the Bristol Hum. A group of Hum sufferers organised a committee and travelled to London University where an investigation into the phenomena was being carried out. The group travelled to the Department of Physics Chelsea College to meet the team of investigators. The group was tested individually and the Hum frequency 36 Hz was established.
By the mid 1970's complaints were being received by Environmental Health Officers in every town and city in the UK. Two national Sunday newspapers, the News of the World and the Sunday Mirror asked their readers "can you hear the Hum and over 2000 people replied.
The intensity of the Hum and the number of complaints continued to rise and in 1988 the UK government acknowledged a problem and commissioned the University of Salford to collate the complaints. In 1992 the Department of the Environment paid the Building Research Establishment £50,000 to look at the problem and a report by Mr J W Sargent was published in 1994. Although at the time it was known that 1000's of people in the UK were suffering from the Hum, the BRE only investigated 41 cases and of these only 6 could be traced to a noise, the remainder were classed as not conclusive or negative measurement.
The report failed completely to provide an explanation for the Hum and could only advise health officers how to deal with the hostility of the Hum sufferers.
In May 2003 the UK Department for Environment published a report on low frequency noise by Dr Geoff Leventhall and despite the fact that the Hum had by now a history of over 40 years and was known to effect many 1000's the report devoted a mere three pages to the subject. No explanation was given as to the cause, and the text, what there was of it, appears to have been cobbled together from media reports.
The history of the Hum in the USA has been more difficult to trace, the first media reported case was of a Mr. Walter Deposki of Eugene Oregon in 1976 but around 1992 there was a noticeable increase publicity especially in the town on Taos New Mexico where it became known as the Taos Hum.
As a result of this publicity and complaints, US Representative Bill Richardson called for an investigation and with government funding a team of investigators from the University of New Mexico was formed, the team also included scientists from the Los Alamos and Sandia National Laboratories and the Phillips Air Force Laboratory.
The investigation began in April 1993 but by March 1994 no evidence had been found as the cause of the Hum and shortly afterwards government funding was withdrawn and the investigating team disbanded.
This followed a similar sequence of events to UK investigations, first the public protests followed by a show of concern from the authorities with an investigation and a promise that "something will be done". There followed a short lived investigation with negative results and then the removal of the funding.
German Hum sufferers faired even worse, an appeal to the Petitions Committee of the German Bundestag in 2004 was completely rejected and Hum sufferers were advised to seek medical help.
Cancer and the Hum
The rise of the Hum and the rise of Cancer
Mass reporting of the Hum in the UK began around 1950, this was accompanied by unknown and unexplained illnesses such as Cot Death and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Also at this time began the inexplicable rise in the incidence of Cancer that now affects the whole country and kills 3000 people every week.
The attached chart shows the inexorable rise in the increase of cancer cases. A chart for the period 1950 to 1971 was not available but

best heard with full range headphones that can reproduce sound down to 10Hz, even then 96-98% may still not be able to hear it while 2-4% easily do. and in my view, whether you can hear it or not likely relates to 'nerve health' status as in my case, now diagnosed with neuropathy nerve damage/degeneration. compare bay area compressor sputter over hum with and without 80Hz low cut filter applied. i did not think i could record the hum due to how low it is, so didnt even unbox the mic for 1 year, didn't bother to try then during the first VO narration i did with it, i saw the rumble hum on the meters and knew exactly what it was because i can hear this hum in calgary and the bay area since a sciatic attack in 2003 that also left me with ringing in ears (another in 06 left me with numbing/twitching). progressive neuropathy aka crossed wires/signals causing a wide variety of health hurdles that put me on the path to filing for disability in 2020. luckily i can still get to sleep as that would be horrific and amplify dozens of issues. i've become hypersensitive to bright lights/LEDs/glare (avoid night driving), high pitch noises, 3-4 smells that can throw me a wrench, and loud/obnoxious people/kids. i am hearing the hum as a result of the neuropathy (which may be true for many), but did the hum cause or exacerbate the neuropathy? also, irrational phobias ex feeling trapped or heights, can get overwhelming on some days (perhaps related to the intensity of the hum/rumble that day or night before). neurologist thinks its either a concussion at age 15 on a failed stunt breaking the rules on a waterslide or genetic, and both are valid, but what if this VLF is a 'degenerative' vibration re cellular health over time? symptoms from VLF line-up with chronic fatigue syndrome. and to the symptoms of embassy staff who endured long-term sonic weapons attacks on the US embassy in moscow 1950s to 1970s and havana 2015-17. there is little doubt VLF/ELF are not ideal for nerve health.
the under 5% who can hear it may well have nerve-health issues that no clinic/doctor will even consider, preferring to tell you it's in your mind and prescribing anti-anxiety rx and referring you to psychology. -- another parallel blurb -- i've heard it since 2003, do my best to mask it out/ignore it, sometimes it's louder. first, if it's recordable, that should rule out inner ear tinnitus. one poster asked how if it is recordable that only 2-4% can hear it? it's because 2-4% of us are 'tuned in' more acutely to frequencies we rather not hear whereas the rest are lucky their 'nerve health status' related to audio processing can still mask it out, like microphones can with low cut filters.
in my case, i have progressive slowmotion nerve damage 'neuropathy' aka wiring on the fritz aka crossed-signals leading to various issues/pains affecting motor skills nerves (balance, coordination, gait, range motion, muscle burnout, weakness) and autonomic nerves (blood vessels/pressure, GI/reflux/bloating, palpitations, breathing) and sensory nerves incl hyper-sensitivities and the ability to hear this low rumble (pulsing not a hum) and high pitch sounds incl rattles/squeaks and high pitch voices, kitchen klanking and loud kids, air-through-teeth lisps that irk me and make me anxious 'grate on the nerves'. neurologist thinks it stems from a concussion age 15 (and/or a genetic error) and my first persistent symptoms were low back pain and sciatic attacks age 30 that warped my wiring/signals to give me ringing in ears and ability to hear the worldwide rumble/hum since 2003, another sciatic attack in 06 gave me numbness. do the 2-4% share some level of neuropathy? i think so, something along those lines. last question might be, did the neuropathy allow me to hear the hum or did the hum create the neuropathy and ability to hear it.
Can You Hear A Hum? | Earth Lab 13m
BBC Earth Lab Jul 13, 2017Since the 1970s, many people in cities across the globe have started hearing a strange hum. Join Linda Geddes in her hunt for an explanation as she interviews residents of Bristol in the UK who can hear a hum but have no idea where it's coming from.
1:48 dont always hear it, when i do it fades in. 4:40 like a bass amp speaker with volume left up between songs. 5:20 hear low rumble vs low on/off hum. 8:00 somatosound: not at play re 'the hum'. 10:28 VLF submarine radio.

its been recorded yet over 95% are able to filter it out, so it looks to me like nerve health status may determine whether these frequencies are masked/filtered or not, temporarily or longer or when immune system is 'rundown/stressed'. in parallel to hearing it in two countries since 2003, it turns out a neurologist in 2019 confirmed i have nerve damage validating the 50+ neuropathic symptoms that came on with 3 sciatic attacks incl hyper-sensitivities to bright light/noise.
The Haunting Hymn of the Taos Hum 3m
Oct 18, 2017 Great Big Story
In Taos, New Mexico, a strange, low-frequency hum plagues two percent of the local population. This persistent droning emerges seemingly from nowhere and affects those who hear it without relief. Some attribute "The Taos Hum" to hearing disorders, while others suggest that seismic activity or nearby U.S. military testing may be to blame.

riot police have microwave heat beam 'pain ray' to fry us into compliance aka 'non-lethal' crowd control
though i think nature/cosmos could produce sounds like this, here's an intriguing tangent to consider...
the official story is this: sonic weapons were developed after the 2000 attack on the USS Cole off Yemen as a way to keep operators of small boats from approaching U.S. warships, it was then sold to cruise ships that were getting attacked by somali pirates. the idea of pirates boarding/robbing ships in the new millennia was so bizarre unbelievable that for a decade it sounded more like a typical deep state pretext needed to warrant unveiling new weapons like the LRAD for military and police now use for crowd control and to pirate-proof vessels and terrorist-proof key infrastructure like airports, refineries, plants and power grids. reminder: tesla tech is 100 years old.
sonic weapons come in various flavors, audible and inaudible, low freq and high freq, RF and microwave, they can damage ears as well as tissues with minimal exposure at 150db volume or do long-term brain/dna damage in stealth mode without anyone the wiser or ability to hear it. the official intel state story is overtly inferring the mafia cartels terrorists communists have these sophisticated direct energy weapons and are hacking into the wireless grid and using them with radar/haarp or space-based relays hence the need for the intelligence services to use them too and create a new branch of military, the space force (which will maintain the geoengineering DEW arsenal).
the US accused the soviets of microwave attacks on the US embassy moscow 1950s to 1970s which got token msm coverage. intel state russia eventually faulted 'a glitch in the spy tech' so it was racked up as 'inadvertent malfunction' vs hostile attack. oops, sorry guys.
directed energy weapons, depending on how they're dialed in, can do an assortment of task. one can emit/leverage sonic signals another microwave to incapacitate/control a crowd one way or another. the sonic type can herd/repel a crowd with directed vibrations/sounds that irritate, but can also function as a bullhorn that can project any kind of sound be it noise, human voice up to 2 miles, any message in any language as crystal clear as a voice talking to your face or whispering in your ear. it can even transmit/implant voices inside your head.
team hillary used LRAD at an outdoor fundraiser prior to 2016 to cast white noise at reporters so they couldn't hear her speech. these are super versatile tools/weapons.
in the same family are larger radar/grid DEW weapons in the geo-engineering sector that could theoretically control climates/storms and even tectonic/volcanic activity.
and from what the military and weapons-makers openly show the public, we can see some of the mind-control features they won't talk about where controllers can dictate behaviors and remote control a manchurian into a hypnotic state to say and do whatever they want, carry out any felony or terror action required and/or drive us nuts ready to snap or break into whatever obedient hypnosis is commanded to find relief. they can instantly 'radicalize' anyone into a patsy/slave/killer in 3 days says one uk microwave weapons specialist turned whistleblower.
first lets look at what the police and military will be using for crowd control in detention camps and with unruly crowds and when they need to make a crowd compliant, disperse them or herd them from one area to another. these are likely deployed along contentious borders where refugees, real or fake, legitimate asylum or opportunists are looking to migrate for a better life.
police/military units have Long Range Acoustic Device LRAD mounted on top of armored humvee transporters. the LRAD and magnetic acoustic device MAD have been used to control crowds/protestors since 2003 in iraq and miami trade conference, 2005 new orleans katrina, 2009 G20 pittsburg, and at riots since, yet it is not covered much or at all in any msm.
and when sonic weapons don't cut it, they can switch to microwave weapons in same DEW category that essentially cook the water in the outer 3 millimeter layers of your skin to make any human/animal instantly turn and run away to escape it. today, millitaries, prison and police swat teams worldwide, aka nato/russia/china/israel etc. all have these too for use in riot/crowd control. they are used by security at utilities to protect oil rigs, nuclear reactors and power plants against attacks, and at airports to keep flocks of birds away from runways.
this same tesla tech could easily be the most likely cause of all the mysterious flocks of dead bats birds bees and fish, birds crashing into each other, herds of dead sea mammals beaching themselves, lobsters either directly or by triggering other neurotoxic pollution or ecological imbalances like the red tide algae, dying coral reefs, etc.
and with riots and diseases on the rise since the late 1990s, its conceivable that people are getting more agitated/aggressive not just by culture/media, events/trends, but also by technology such as these and related continuous low doses of sonic and microwave crowd control technology.
