reasons to skip colonoscopies | note on fiber and regularity

it just occurred to me that women are also doing routine colonoscopies not just men so had to share this with women.

tangent: fiber/regularity
and something this guy touches on aligns with what my naturopath advises re fiber/regularity the idea that one should try psyllium husk (or senna), it's not a good option, counterproductive for many and something to avoid.

Kate wants me to avoid fermented foods in the gut which include yoghurt, pickles, beer, coleslaw, probiotics etc.. stuff I like but mostly avoid.

more fiber is great idea, but it's best to eat it in form of more raw vegetables ex salads and the skins of fruits and veggies.

irregularity, in my case, is almost certainly from the neuropathy/parkinsonian nerve condition and alternatively my Rx, less what I eat. that said, eating more raw vegetables and fruit couldn't ever hurt.
