Further testing you may need to do - MTHFR Support Australia

look at high level gut testing...

really good tests:  OAT, amino acids test, estrogen metabolism urine test -for men too

histamine or sulfur or estrogen metabolism can cause hot flashes

whole blood histamine, in some instances can give some info, but it looks more at system vs gut histamine, and normal levels can still not catch a real issue, so its not 100% at all

high histamine = low methyls is also not always the case.  gut function fx histamine

neurotransmitters: need multi-test to get good idea.

OAT, estrogen metabolism, amino acids test...

heavy metals, eating tuna more than 2x/wk can raise your mercury to 30x the normal level.
arsenic high in chicken, rice, apple juice

urinary mecury lead aluminum arsenic:  unprovoked, provoked uses DPMA high sulfur to mobilize metals from bone into system blood/urine, so you will get very sick if you have MTHFR so dont do mercury challenges/provoked etc,

MTHFR is more likely to hold onto heavy metals, so do some tests

but there is really no one perfect heavy metal test

kids today are exposed to extra chemicals our grandparents were not:
we have fire retardants, in our clothes, in our walls, in our furniture, cars,
the flour was not fortified with folic acid or spray crops with roundup,
they had 3-4 vaccines bw birth and school vs today's average of 40 vaccines

we are exposed to 50-60x the toxins our grandparents were...
a lot of nations banned wifi in preschool and kindergarten
because they know the emf toxicity is real and serious

evaluate every product you put on your skin, the pillows you buy, clothes you wear
anything that is cheaper will be more synthetic and toxic

so if you're having grains, which get sprayed alot, then go as organic as you can

these genetics get passed down 3-4 generations, where did parents live, what occupation, grandparents in the war, starvation in the war put epigenetic marks in the kids, made them more susceptible/likely to be overweight/obese

q. microwaves/teflon - look at research on coatings/cooking materials, they wear off and get ingested through the food.  the best are cast iron or crusale, best cookware without coating.  microwaves, there is no research that says they're good for you.  they and the heat they make are detrimental.  wouldn't want a pregnant woman to use a microwave or cellphone.

more children with brain cancers than ever, likely related to excess mobile phone use.
heat your food up on the cooktop, the old fashion way.

do not put plastic wrap on food or put food in plastic containers, do not use plastic bottles, dont put plastic near food in a microwave, you can buy glass containers with plastic lids with little air holes to vent the air out, dont let the plastic lid touch the food.  get out of plastic lunch boxes, glass with neoprene food containers.

some of my patients are so chemically sensitive they can't have any wifi in the house or phones in bedroom, if you must have phone, have in flight mode or turn off.  leave kid phones downstairs.
