Re: the two blackouts were due to plastic leeching, not air quality particles

i just figured it out.  the two symptoms are two separate issues.  while my chestpain relates to AQI air quality index, the blackout factor is something completely separate, a different toxin/synthetic chemical.  while at first, i felt the low air quality may have played a role, it now seems that was mostly coincidental.

the more i think about it, the more likely and more obvious culprit re the blackout:  plastic leeching into the gatorade/water from heat in hot parked car over the last 2 weeks.  i broke the cardinal rule (forgot it).

i even felt the gatorade tasted a bit too fake/synthetic/artificial and sweet a few hours earlier, not at all the same as when new, tasted sweet.  i knew i was taking a mild risk by drinking it at all, based on my own past experiences with water bottle plastic poisoning, the worst poisoning of any kind i've ever experienced, my most poisonous, vomit/dizzy/blackout diarhea, all of it at same time etc.

i called poison control wondering what to do, they had no answer.  its since then that i have activated charcoal onhand as part of my 1st aid kit, which is the best way to detox to absorb anything out of the blood before it knocks you out or causes an accident etc., used in hospitals for overdoses, poison etc.

the reason i was willing to forego the risk was because i thought it was direct sunlight that was needed to cause the chemical reaction, not the heat.  that was my flawed memory recall.  in short, heat causes the plastic leeching and turns these drinks into the active ingredient in radiator fluid, which is sweet.

so, i made the mistake again 15 years later, could've passed out while driving, so obviously i need a refresher, so now googling 'plastic leaching bottled water from heat' and finding 15 years worth of newer articles and study/findings that spell it out, its heat that causes the chemical reaction/leeching.  memory recall flaw.

the articles go on to state what i've read elsewhere, that all plastic leeches into food/drink incl plastic food storage containers that mom uses, experts advising glass containers, also advising cast iron pans without any non-stick coatings that leech trace synthetics into the foods when combined with heat during cooking.  i like how whole non-stick poison industries spawned when they said 'oil is bad for you' and people were taught to cook without oil using poisonous non-stick coatings that trigger the cancer/immunity equation etc!  wow, how dumb we are.

so i'm going to the car right now to dump the gatorades and water bottles i have on ice.  they expired due to heat exposure.  but i also gotta reduce all plastics that come into contact with food, non-stick coatings in cookware, food storage containers, forks/spoons, plates, saran wrap, sandwich bags, plastic grocery bags, etc.   lots of new information and studies in the last 15 years.
